Après quatre ans sous le fonds français Montefiore Investment, Gandi SAS a été rachetée en 2023 par le néerlandais Total Webhosting Solutions (TWS) pour former le groupe Your.Online, piloté par l'investisseur familial néerlandais Strikwerda Investments.
